These highly durable, waterproof ponchos were originally issued to the Dutch military. They feature durable ripstop material, a large drawstring hood, internal waist drawstrings, edges snap together, grommets to create a shelter, and attached storage bag for easy carry. These ponchos have been issued, but remain in good condition. Listing is for one issued poncho & matching "Woobie" poncho liner w/ stuff sack in great condition.
