Keep your trusty entrenching tool close with this OD nylon shovel cover designed to hold a military style folding shovel. These are in issued condition and show some signs of wear but are still fully functional, most have missing or damaged internal plastic frames (small piece of hard plastic that lined the inside of the cover) which helped to shape the pouch and support the tool but this does not compromise the overall use of the pouch they are still very functional.

The internal structure is what supports the shovel . They have been cut out and the drain eyelet is bent out of shape exposing the nylon. Therefore item is unusable and it was made in 74 not 69 like photos say . Don’t buy it unless you like the sharp bits of your pointy shovel digging into your skin . SMH learn from my poor experience .
